Thanks for stopping by. We are little shop in lakeway, TX. off 620 in Lohmans Crossing.
We now have cold cases filled with Angus cut weekly, jerky, smoked sausages and a whole lot more like some crisp wines and really tasty, local things made by our friends. New stuff seems to show up every week.
We butcher in house and are supplied by three ranches - all within 100 miles of the shop. We carry three breeds - angus, Piedmontese and full-blooded wagyu.
